FitSM Core Standard
FitSM-0, -1, -2 and -3 constitute the FitSM core standard. These documents contain the generic guidance for implementing IT Service Management (ITSM) in a lightweight, yet effective way. The core standard is also the basis for all FitSM Foundation and FitSM Advanced Level trainings.
FitSM-0: Overview and Vocabulary
FitSM-0 provides an overview of the FitSM family and a common vocabulary used by the other parts of the standard (in particular by FitSM-1).

FitSM-1: Requirements
FitSM-1 provides a set of requirements for a service management system (SMS). It sets out a lightweight and achievable approach towards IT Service Management that can support effective management of IT services for small and medium-sized organisations.

FitSM-2 provides a set of goals and recommended activities that may assist in fulfilling the requirements that are established in FitSM-1.
